All sales are final unless a product is defective. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us via email sales@reelskin.ca.
If you receive a defective item, you must let us know within 5 days of receiving the item in order to have it replaced.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package our shipments well.
If your package is damaged in shipping, you will need make a claim with the shipping company. If you have purchased shipping insurance from us during your original transaction, we will help you with your claim. Please scroll to the bottom of our site and click "Insurance Claim Request" in the event your order is lost, stolen, damaged.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders upon review. We only sell to verified traditional and cosmetic tattoo artists. By purchasing our products, you are stating that you are a professional licensed artist, and agree that you are using them at your own risk.
